Meet our Founders

Steve Bartlett

Founder

Steve is a passionate Yorkshireman who has grown up with the game of rugby league; it is in his blood. He has played rugby league since he was 5 years old and has been involved as a player and administrator in Wales for a decade. His unwavering passion for the game shines through in the effort and drive he gives in his actions. This is not the first club Steve has been involved in so this gave him the expertise needed to start the club in the right direction

David Albertelli

Founder

David has been involved with Rugby Union for over 30 years and rugby league for 10. He's been a coach and physio for clubs all over Wales, from community level to internationals. He has also represented his country at the Commonwealth Games, 4 Nation’s tournaments and at single test match events as a player, coach, manager and physio. He now specialises in sports-related rehab and injury prevention measures with a first aid team working with him across the country. His actions are based around thriving and living, with much of his work being on a donation basis so that clubs and teams are able to provide for their players.
